Wellness 360 is a free community wellness experience presented by Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Inc., designed to help individuals and families take a more active role in their well-being. More than a traditional health fair, Wellness 360 brings health screenings and assessments, practical education, wellness experiences, and community resources together in one place.

Centered around Mind. Body. Life., Wellness 360 looks at the many factors that shape how we live and thrive—from mental and physical well-being to family, finances, and community. Attendees can check in on their health, better understand their numbers, connect directly with health and wellness professionals, and discover resources available right here in the community.
