About this event
Community Strides to End Child Hunger is a community walk event and celebration serving to raise awareness for children facing food insecurity in the Durham area and to raise donations for food pantries and backpack programs at Durham schools. The walk will begin around 9:15 am at the Fayetteville Rd entrance to the American Tobacco trail and will be followed by a celebration outside R&R Wellness Spa featuring vendors, refreshments, raffles and music.
