A vibrant, hands-on journey into the heart of Ethiopia! Guests gather around the traditional injera—the soft, tangy flatbread that brings every dish together—and learn about fragrant stews, colorful vegetable dishes, and aromatic spice blends. Along the way, discover the stories and traditions behind Ethiopian cuisine, from the rich flavors of berbere to the communal ritual of eating together.

Expect plenty of cooking, tasting, laughter, and a little spice! The class ends with everyone sharing the meal they’ve created—Ethiopian style, gathered around one table and enjoying food with their hands. Guests will prepare 2 vegan and 1 meat dish to share.

Adult Event -Ages 18 and over.

Attendees 21+ will recevie a glass of wine or Habash Beer.
