Tuesday Night Lindy Hop Workshops in Raleigh

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LINDY HOP SPECIAL WORKSHOP Series. Instructor - Wesley Boz. The grand daddy of swing styles. A fun and popular swing dance style.

Three Nights: DECEMBER 1, 8, 15th TIME: 7:45 pm – 9:00 pm. (One hour and 15 minutes for each class.

Enrollment: Join us for all three workshops, or drop in for any three you like.

DEC. 1st - MUSICALITY : Learn to dance to the musical more confidently. Learn about phrasing, extending patterns, hitting breaks. DEC. 8th - SWITCHING ROLES : Ladies learn to lead, men learn to follow in this class. DEC. 15th - STEALING A PARTNER POLITELY : This is a workshop where you will learn to cut-in (tap-out) a dancer and take over.

Workshop Descriptions: Well structured, taking you from the basic movement, to more advanced variations of the movements. We will allow students the opportunity to video tape each workshop recap.

CLASS TIME: 7:45 pm till 9:00 pm. REGISTRATION: ONLINE or At The Door.

TUITION COST ONLINE: ALL THREE WORKSHOPS - INDIVIDUAL $50, COUPLE $90, STUDENT (14-24 yrs) $30. SINGLE DROP IN CLASS $20.00

COURSE DESCRIPTION: These workshops are very friendly, relaxed, and inclusive. No partner necessary. We will be rotating our leaders/followers in class so that you dance with everyone.

Please note that this class series is structured for the dancer who is serious about improving their social dance skills.
