About this event

“A stroll through a winter forest is a stroll through one’s soul.” - Robbie George

Forest Therapy (sometimes known as Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku) broadly means taking in the forest atmosphere with all of one's senses . Not simply a walk in the woods; it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest. During your walk, Aimee Vandemark will guide you through invitations to awaken your senses, slow down, be present, and reconnect with the nature and rhythm of your surroundings.

Listed by CitySpark: Chapel Hill, NC and forestbathingnc.com (Wix Events), gathered by the Fuquay‑Varina events calendar.
